Falck Safety Services is a world leading survival and health and safety training firm with 30 training centres across the world, providing realistic training in a safe and controlled environment using state-of-the-art equipment and simulators with more than 200 health and safety and survival courses on offer.

Frasermedia focuses on their UK training sites in Aberdeen and Teesside and as new competitors have appeared in the market, we have implemented a structured PR plan to support Falck’s overall objectives and in line with its brand values.

Frasermedia started working with Falck Safety Services in May 2014 and to date we have gained extensive coverage, both locally and worldwide. This included a number of key appointment releases to showcase on-going growth and a variety of releases to promote new training courses and the continued investment from Falck. 

With lots of changes in the oil and gas industry in relation to safety, we decided to focus on positive PR that supported its current marketing tactics, targeting the appropriate publications to suit the sectors and audience that Falck operates.  As new training procedures came into play, we managed to secure an exclusive video interview with the Press and Journal Energy Voice, which helped to promote Falck as experts.  We have also written several staff features, including an interview with the firms’s new HR manager in Evening Gazette in Teesside, and charity features to promote Falck’s commitment to the local community in Aberdeen and Teesside.
