Genesis Personnel

Genesis Personnel was first launched in 1975 and is one of the leading recruitment firms in the North-east. The firm specialises in delivering expert recruitment solutions to the North-east and now has offices in Peterhead and Aberdeen with 20 employees and an international client base providing permanent, temporary and contract-based personnel.

In 2012, the firm acquired a specialist offshore division, Northbey Power to further develop its services for clients. Collectively, the two firms supply to clients worldwide and provide complete recruitment solutions to a range of sectors including oil and gas, marine, industrial, commercial, driving, and logistics.

The recruitment industry is extremely competitive and since we began working with Genesis Personnel in late 2012, we have managed to achieve regular press coverage in the Press and Journal, the local newspapers surrounding the Peterhead area and a number of features in industry publications including Platform, Roustabout and also the local chamber magazine.

As part of our on-going PR support, we have written a number of news releases regarding management re-structure, expansion and growth of the firm and also releases on the new division, Northbey Power and any training courses that Genesis offers. 

Genesis Personnel is very staff focused so we have written a number of staff features, and also several recruitment features to promote them as experts in their field. The firm has also participated in various fundraising initiatives over the past year and we have managed to secure coverage to showcase their commitment to the local communities and CSR.
